After the beginning of the game move the Agent J away from the iron door, and then hit ESC and Enter DOUGMATIC. At this point you should hear a Ring and then press ESC and enter:

GIVEME - All the weapons.
PPROTECTME - Invincibility.
LOADME - Unlimited ammo.
4HEALME - Full health.
KILLEM - Kills everything on the screen.
AGENTK - Play as K.
AGENTJ - Play as J.
AGENTL - Play as L.
HQ - Level 1.
NEWYORK - Level 2.
ARCTIC - Level 3.
UNDERGROUND - Level 4.
AMAZEN - Level 5.
TEMPLE - Level 6.
FRALES - Level 7.
